DAY 1, MARARIKULAM – On arrival at Cochin airport you will be met by our representative and driver and transferred to the nearby fishing village of Mararikulam, where you will stay for two nights at a beach resort.

DAY 2, MARARIKULAM (BLD) – Spend the day at leisure to shake off your jet lag and settle into the lazy pace of life in one of the local fishing villages. In Marari you will find that the ‘past has not caught up with the present’. Tourists can experience the local charm and the traditional Kerala hospitality at its best.

DAY 3, THEKKADY (B) – A scenic drive through the tea gardens will take you to Thekkady, near the Periyar Wildlife Reserve. You stay for two nights at a beautiful hotel in the heart of Thekkady.

DAY 4, THEKKADY (B) – Optional activities like early morning mini jungle trek or an afternoon boat trip on the Periyar Lake to spot the bountiful wildlife. This is also the best place to try the ancient rights of the famous Kerala Ayurvedic massage.

DAY 5, BACKWATERS (B) – After breakfast, depart for Alleppey village on Kerala's backwaters. The rest of the day is free to explore traditional villages by a dugout canoe or on foot. Stay for a night at a family homestay or opt for an AC private houseboat at an extra cost.

DAY 6, KOCHI (B) – Drive to Cochin, one of the most interesting cities in South India. Stay for two nights in the old part of the city, Fort Cochin. In the evening, enjoy Kathakali, the local theatre art performance.

DAY 7, KOCHI (B) – Half-day sightseeing of Fort Kochi, the Chinese fishing nets and Mattancherry where you will find many reminders of the city's colonial past. Rest of the day explore the colourful markets or relax at the hotel.

DAY 8, WAYANAD (BD) – Early morning depart on a seven hour drive to Wayanad district known primarily for its majestic Western Ghats with lofty ridges intermingled with dense forest, tangled jungles and deep valleys. This is one of the most beautiful vistas of India. Stay for two nights at a family-run luxury tented camp in the middle of a coffee estate, overlooking a tea plantation.

DAY 9, WAYANAD (BLD) – You have the whole day on your hands to further explore Waynad and its nearby tea gardens or engage in adventure activities like cycling, trekking, etc. offered by the camp.

DAY 10, MYSORE (B) – Drive through the Bandipur National Park to Mysore, a small city with an easygoing nature filled with avenues of trees and edifices of faded splendour. Stay for two nights in Mysore.

DAY 11, MYSORE (B) – Explore Mysore at your own pace, include a visit to the colourful vegetable and fruit markets and the Maharajah's Palace with its glittering interiors. You can also visit the nearby Chamundi Hill and the famous Nandi Bull.

DAY 12, BANGALORE (B) – A three hour drive (approximately 140 kilometres) will take you from Mysore to Bangalore. Stay at a beautiful hotel located close to the heart of the shopping area at Brigade Road and M.G. Road.

DAY 13, GOA (B) – Afternoon transfer to Bangalore airport to board the flight to Goa. On arrival at Goa airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel near the enchanting beaches of Candolim, Calangute and Baga.

DAYS 14 & 15, GOA (B) – Enjoy the Goan lifestyle and relax on the beach. There are a lot of optional activities that you can take in like a half-day sightseeing of Goa or excursion to Dudhsagar waterfalls, etc.

DAY 16, GOA (B) – Your tour ends after breakfast.

  • Accommodation on twin share basis at selected hotels
  • Meals as per the itinerary (B-Breakfast, L-Lunch, D-Dinner)
  • Entrance ticket for Kathakali performance
  • Half-day sightseeing of Fort Kochi with an English speaking guide
  • Transport by private air-conditioned vehicle with chauffeur from Day 3 to Day 12

Tour Excludes:

  • Entrance fees for all sites mentioned in the itinerary
  • Mysore sightseeing is not included as the Maharaja Palace now has an audio guide included in the price of the entrance fee.
  • Domestic flight Bangalore/Goa
  • Tips to any of the services providers like the drivers, bell boys, housekeeping and restaurant staff.
  • Services, meals and drinks other than those mentioned in the itinerary
  • Laundry, telephone calls and expenditure of a personal nature
  • Entrance fees and extra charges for still camera and video camera.
  • Travel Insurance (Compulsory for your benefit)


Points to be Noted:

  • AC private houseboat on Day 5 will be at an extra cost.
  • Vehicle allocation will be based depending on the number of pax on the tour
  • Number of pax allowed on tour: Minimum 2 pax. Maximum pax 15
  • You can engage the services of a qualified & experienced Tour Leader for the entire trip at an extra cost.
